Job Brief

We are looking for a meticulous Sales Engineer and Office Secretary to spearhead the operations. In this role, you will be required to help the organization maintain its stand in sales and as an office secretary, you are to maintain a positive stand keeping all the company’s necessary files safe.

Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting sales executives in solution selling to prospects, executing strategic deals, modelling financial business cases, and matching customer requirements to proposed solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products
  • Setting and achieving sales goals
  • Seeking and logging client feedback
  • Identifying areas for improvement
  • Visiting potential clients
  • Calculating client quotations
  • Negotiating and closing sales
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance
  • Administering client accounts
  • Recommending improved or upgraded materials

You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an important part of the company’s workforce. To be successful as a secretary, you must be able to multitask.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence
  • Order and maintain office supplies
