Colettepaint is looking for passionate Marketing Officers to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

A successful Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in the paint industry or related to the products or companies being marketed is also applicable.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure brand consistency through marketing channels
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics
• Market visiting to all customers
• Act as the bridge between the customers and the company
• Strong ability to achieve targets
• Responding to customers needs
• Constantly follows up to ensure targets are being met
• Promote the company brand

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a marketing officer in the paint industry or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of marketing techniques
• Thorough understanding of social media
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to develop and manage digital marketing tactics
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of market research
