Position: Project Engineer
Job Brief
A property investment and Estate development company is currently seeking a capable Project Engineer to manage all engineering projects. The successful candidate will ultimately be in charge of maintaining our standards of excellence and delivering projects with extreme attention to safety and quality.
As a project engineer, you will be responsible for a great deal of problem-solving, you are to make improvements to a project and uncover new solutions to assist in completion.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Give technical support and guidance to the project team members
- Manage compliance with standards
- Quality control and assurance
- Keep accurate project documentation
- Provide necessary updates on construction activities owner
- Estimates material quantities
- Monitoring compliance
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the owner
- Identify project responsibilities
- Ability to maximize project with ease
Requirements
- Must be a member of the civil and building engineer
- Must be a registered architect
- A certified project manager
- Possess relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years cognate work experience
- A postgraduate certificate
